Drug development is an expensie and time consuming process, it typically costs $2B–$3B to bring a drug to market. Additionally there is a 90%+ failure rate, and this often occurs late in development. We believe insilico analysis can help avoid this problem by giving our clients early signals related to their therapeutic. We do this by combining multiomic data sources into a single database and enabling machine learning models on that data. Building your own ML system is expensive and time consuming because data sources are scattered, correct/thorough data integration is difficult, and computer infrastructure is expensive and requires set up. We take care of these challenges and can give you immediate feedback on your small molecules, peptides, and targets with AutoML optimized models. We are a first of its kind closed-loop system for drug discovery where all ADMET, binding, and feature model can be fed-forward into our system for side effect, and disease approval predictions.
